Coronary Artery Disease / coronary heart
Caused by clogged coronary arteries so that the heart muscle is not getting enough blood and oxygen. The most severe effects of coronary artery disease is sudden death, without warning.
Ischemia
Occurs because blood flow to the heart muscle is reduced, due to blockage. The symptoms are pain / excruciating pain. Ischemia usually occurs when people are doing physical activity.
Angina
Angina is discomfort / pain that occurs as a result of your heart does not get oxygen and nutrients. Angina may be caused by a narrowing of the blood vessels or muscle spasm in the coronary arteries.
Muscle spasms in the coronary arteries can be triggered by cigarette smoke, cold temperatures, strong emotions, or by other causes. It is important to note that angina is not a heart attack, and usually do not cause damage to the heart despite causing pain.
The pain of angina usually occurs in the chest to the left arm at the shoulder, in the upper back, neck, throat and jaw.

Angina can be an early sign of heart attack.
Heart Attack (Myocardial Infarction)
Occurs due to blockage of blood vessels to the heart muscle. If a blockage occurs long enough, it is possible that the heart muscle can be damaged. Patients should get medical help immediately.
Signs - early signs of a heart attack:

Pain, such as squeezing chest - squeezing which could take several minutes.

Heart failure
Heart failure occurs when the heart does not pump enough blood to meet your body's needs. So the heart is not beating properly.
Symptoms of heart failure:
The fluid that accumulates in the lungs, known as pulmonary congestion
Swelling of the feet, ankles or feet, known as edema
Other symptoms may include shortness of breath, sleep apnea, cough, and fatigue

Arrhythmias
Arrhythmia is a sign or symptom of a disorder of heart rate or heart rhythm. It can be felt when, for example, the heart beats faster than normal, hereinafter called tachycardia or when the heart beats more slowly than normal, which is called bradycardia.
